Position:  Mold Expert 

Location: Latkrabang, Bangkok , THAILAND

Job Responsibilities:

-Understand, implement, operate and maintain Mold/Insert Technologies

• Operate and maintain Mold/Insert equipment

• Perform Trouble shooting or create operating procedure for all machines and processes

-Industrialize new technologies and processes including consumable

• Make machines acceptance

• Validate new consumables

• Industrialize new process/technologies and create documentation

• Propose continueous improvement related to Mold/Insert TechnologiesEnsure the setting up of industrial resources system (IT, connection to LMS and Product Databases)

-Provide technical support or transfer to  ZTS, Manufacturing Excellent, Industrial Performance, site engineering team including on- site support.

• Train or provide knowledge to ZTS, Manufacturing Excellent, Industrial Performance, site engineering teamto increase expertise

• Implement and Test new technologies/processes in operations

• Ensure follow up of pilot

-Manage specific or industrial project

-Ensure coherence on Technical/Technology information among platforms and operations

• Organize or participate meeting to exchange about Technical/Technology information with different platforms

• Organize or participate meeting to transfer or exchange knowledge to related internal enitity

-Assist  GLI Optical technologies Engineers/Platforms to ensure their technical competency on product industrialization.

• Provide technical/training support

• Participate and/or define the technical training module needed

• Propose, create technical training link to Mold/Insert Technologies

• Participate as trainers or trainees link to expertise need

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree, or equivalent education, in Mechanical, Electronics/Electrotechnics, Automation, Materials Engineering or related discipline with at least 3 years of work experience in a related field

• Work experience in development/industrialization and/or production environment as operational resource and/or project manager 

• Proficient in English speaking ,written and reading
