Mission : 

- Maintain , resolve, and develop for mold manufacturing  process  & Machine & Equipment to produce conformity products
- Implementing lean tools to improve flow, process and lead time
- Ensure daily launch , yield, mold quality and EER of critical machine through implementation and respect of process.
- Provide training activity, SOP & work instruction to advise worker work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO 9001,ISO13485, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training ,EPS  etc
2. Supervision of the control of the process
3. Analyze by use statistical technique to optimum process condition
4. Resolve & develop for all mold manufacturing process.
5. Plan the machine, equipment and tool need according to production volume increment.
6. Provide training, activity, work standard & work circumstance to advise worker work efficiently
7. Responsible for implementation of safety policy and procedures in their area of work, and with their subordinated (When applicable)
8. Develop and improve process for more advanced applications
9. Transfer process from headquarters or other facilities
10. Identification, Monitoring and solution of process related problems
11. Responsible for implementation of company policies and procedures in their area of work, and with their subordinates (When applicable)

Experience required : 

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience in Process Engineer in 2-5 years up

3.Technical knowledge on 
      : Statistical Process Control.
      : Engineering drawing.
      : CNC operation knowledge
