What You Will Learn
- How global IT support and digitalization projects are managed in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Your Role
Support & Maintenance of Data-Driven Manufacturing Solutions (80%)
- Manage HelpDesk tickets: handle requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Group IT and GLID C&D teams.
- Respond to user inquiries via email, MS Teams, or in person, providing step-by-step guidance.
- Monitor solution performance using Grafana dashboards and ensure optimal operation.
- Improve support processes by updating procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Track and report support KPIs and maintain troubleshooting references.
Projects / Solutions Implementation (20%)
- Participate in digitalization and data-driven manufacturing projects.
- Support project pilots and rollouts.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate and complete.
Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL).
- Interest in IT support and digitalization projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
