Position: APAC Rx Transformation and Continuous Improvement

Location: Lad Krabang/Bangkok, Thailand

MISSION:

 

Leading RX Transformation, Edging/DC transformation and Continuous Improvement program in APAC aiming to achieve performance through industrialization maturity 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 

APAC Transformation;

  • Implement RX Referential in APAC industrial labs of his/her assigned geographical perimeter.                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Implement E&M Referential in keys edging center. 
  • Implement DC referential in warehouse of industrial labs                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Build long term 3-5 year industrial road map create the vision of lab evolution in term of industrial performance, technology and flow                                                                            
  • Conduct transformation steering co to improve industrial lab and edging center                                                    maturity
  • Improve the RX referential based on the findings and feedbacks from the lab                                                                                                                                                               
  • Drive key strategic project to enhance country competitiveness                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

APAC Continuous Improvement ;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

  • Implement LIFE to improve operations efficiency through removing non value added activity. Develop a continuous improvement culture to improve performances and employee empowerment
  • Develop mid and long term continuous improvement strategies
  • Lead end to end LIFE diagnosis be able to drive the relevant improvement actions.
  • Lead specific workshop (Kaizen) in order to create changes and improvements on the floor.
  • Participate LIFE steering committee, deliver the own improvement action and be able to address further improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master degree in industrial engineering or any related fields.
  • 5+ years of work experience. Inclusive of experience in the Automotive industry with a CI, lean and project management focus.
  • Lean & CI knowledge

  • Change management skills
  • Has leadership and people management skills
  • Interpersonally savvy
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English (listening, written and spoken).
