Position: APAC Rx Demand Planning Coordinator

Location: Lad Krabang/Bangkok, Thailand

MISSION:

• Responsible for the Rx S&OP process quarterly.
• Responsible for Rx demand management process monthly.
• Responsible for the related supply chain report.
• Responsible for Global DM Rx S&OP project.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collaborate with Country Planning Coordinator (CPC) to gather RX demand forecast from customers for APAC region (ANZ, SEA, KOREA, G.India and Nikon).
• Analyze and validate customer forecast and/or build it based on actual sales, marketing plans, business seasonality, new product roll out and product discontinuation plan.
• Provide APAC Rx demand forecast to AELs demand team monthly.
• Integrate and align Rx demand forecast in Rx S&OP quarterly.
• Support each entity in the budget preparation.
• Maintain and improve forecasting process to sustain the forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on supply chain KPIs (Sales and Service) and work with local teams to improve performance.
• Provide ad hoc analysis by request (crisis management).
• Support implementation of the target EssilorLuxottica Demand Management & RX S&OP process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain / logistics or any related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in MS Application (Excel including VBA & PowerPoint), SAP BO, planning systems.
• Fluent in English listening, written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal skills
