Position: Key Account Manager for Vision Rx Lab

Reporting to: Head – National Key Accounts

Job Experience : 5-8 years of experience (2-3 yrs of industry experience is preferred)

Proficient in: Excel Computations, analytics acumen, presentation skill, good communication skill (Male/Female with ability to work for stretched hours & ready to travel 5-8 days a month preferred)

Base : VRX Lab, Bangalore; travelling to Branches & Customer calls as & when required

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Achieve monthly revenue & collection targets from Key Accounts
  2. Daily computation & analysis of sales flow as well as product movements and schedule meetings at customer front be it at their HO or regional or store level to ensure growth in all focused categories
  3. Daily liaison with VRX cross functional support team after self analysis on Job pendency as well as SLA performance
  4. Responsible for providing service support to customers
  5. Resolve trouble-shooting & service complaints with priority co-ordinating with cross-functional teams
  6. Introduce new product lines by creating samples & presentations to increase focus of additional volumes with the customers month on month
  7. Monitor customer’s activities directed to end consumer and prepare customised solutions from VRX product portfolio to facilitate customer to generate more revenue
  8. Maintain daily sales report for Key account doors and trigger discussion with them on improving the concerned areas
  9. Work with cross functional departments to ease out product integration, price mapping, IT set up for seamless order flow
  10. Travel to customer accounts across the country and identify how to grow VRX share of business by interacting with Store team
  11. Active participation of new product launches with customer and ensure free flow of orders clearing the operational loops
  12. Maintain updated volume & value sales reports for all accounts on weekly basis
