Your Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming stock deliveries.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, demonstration equipment and loan stock.

Maintain inventory accuracy through our systems, stock transfers, cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ensuring products are available to meet customer demand.
- Follow up suppliers regarding purchase orders, delivery schedules, backorders and stock availability.
- Maintain purchasing, inventory and supplier records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate freight bookings and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Investigate and resolve inventory, order and supplier discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with Sales, Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control or purchasing.

Able to safely and confidently undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.

Current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift safely.
- Experience using advise system or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.
