We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager (RAM) to join our team. In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with key partners - including Vision Australia, Guide Dogs, and See Differently - while also driving direct sales growth across your assigned territory.

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across a defined portfolio of top accounts
  • Provide same‑day responses to customer inquiries and proactively follow up on all issues, escalating when needed
  • Collaborate with Blindness Product Specialists to generate incremental sales through workshops and presentations
  • Use Dynamics 365 CRM to:
    • Log activity with key accounts
    • Create and manage sales opportunities within the company-wide pipeline
    • Generate quotes and follow up on all active opportunities
  • Partner with customer service and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage company-owned demonstration equipment within your territory
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all HumanWare products (full training provided)
  • Participate in national conferences and/or sales meetings as required

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
