  2. 直营客户及经销商的管理及发展;

Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities

  1. 负责所属区域的日常事务,确保区域发展方向及目标与上海总部保持一致;                                  
  2. 完成销售目标,包括销售量、销售额、回款、费用控制以及新客户的开拓;  
  3. 渠道管理与发展;                                     
  4. 负责区域内员工培训和开发,特别是销售人员的培训,并保证符合总部方针;      
  5. 负责制定区域内的促销计划;
  6. 向总部提交年度预算计划。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

任职资格

Qualifications

经验

Experience  

8年以上销售工作经验,3年以上销售管理经验

快消行业或眼视光学行业经验

 

技能

Skills

能够通过制定目标来管理渠道

能够通过流程来监管、规范渠道运营操作

能够根据已成型的推广计划,利用现有推广渠道和手段,有效地执行该计划

计划及落地能力

谈判能力

 

教育/资格认证

Education / Qualification / Certification

本科及以上学历,视光、市场营销等专业毕业

 

 

语言

Language

基本的读写,英语4级以上
