We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (Frames) to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Trade Marketing Manager (Frames) serves as the Marketing leader of the frame business, Responsible for running, managing and supervising all responsibilities in the Marketing department and supporting the achievement of sales targets via various marketing activation strategies which includes: Promotional Strategy, Cost Management, Market Trend Forecast along with other supporting roles.
Main responsibilities:
Job Scope:
- Create Target, promotion planning, strategy development, execution and providing timely and thorough pre/post M&E analysis of B2B and B2C promotions and programs (Quantitative and Qualitative)
- Collaborate with marketing centers on brand and category communications to adapt B2C communications to the Indonesian market.
- Manage trade marketing budgets proactively within set guidelines (Cost of sales, freebies, POSM, etc)
- Develop strategies and plans by understanding the needs, constraints and trends of the optical market.
- Identification of customer segmentation based on categories and brands to prioritize resources to drive business growth.
- Identifying, liaising and collaborating with key retailers to drive growth with a focus on branded lens growth, and enhancing key account/preferred dealer growth and consumer satisfaction.
- Working with key stakeholders to drive and find ways to improve the company's competitive position in Indonesia market and trade channels through effective business growth and development
- Providing accurate field reports and feedback on products/collections, mapping competition, and sharing market information.
- Support new product development with all customers from planning, coordination and execution in the field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing/ Business or Equivalent
- Wide business experience in the marketing field and exposed to consumer brand industry, FMCG, Distribution, wholesale and/or retail minimal 2 - 5 years
- Strategic Marketing & Trade Marketing
- Strong project management capabilities, planning and organization skills
- Communication & Networking
- Creative, resourceful, self-motivated, independent and strong team player
- Exhibits strong business acumen and integrity
- High level of interpersonal skills to interact and persuade both internal and external partners to uphold the business interest of the sales organization and the company
- Results-oriented and able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing and often pressure-filled environment
