Your role

We are looking for a Senior QA (Quality Assurance) LOFT Training to support our PT. Supravisi Rama Optik Manufacturing business in Indonesia. The Senior QA (Quality Assurance) LOFT Training as the quality leader team. To assurance of personnel awareness for the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives. Validate customer return. Preparation and support trainer to have good training methodology. Handling ISO certification.

Main responsibilities :

Job Scope :

• To assurance of personnel awareness for the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
• Maintenance quality performance of QC team.
• The audit product is taken place according to the procedure.
• Validate customer return.
• Organize and structure problem solving.
• Evaluate employee performance low gauge where skills are lacking.
• Prepare learning materials for programs.
• Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
• Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Preparation and support trainer to have good training methodology.
• Build up the evaluation checklist needed with supervisor production.
• Handling ISO certification.

Main requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Four to five years' experience as a QA.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Decisiveness and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Results Oriented and Resilient.
• In-depth problem solving and Analytical skills.
• Molivating others, adapts to change, Influencing & persuading.
• Having knowledge about ISO certification.
• Ability to identiry gaps in skills.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Having TOT certification is a plus.
