Your role

 

We are looking for a BDE Instrument our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The BDE Instrument under supervisor the Instrument Manager of the Instrument business, leading it toward growth and profitability through product, analysis‌ and reporting. The role requires aligning Customer Service decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You are going to work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.


Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales of optical instruments and related equipment to optical stores, eye clinics,hospital and relevant institutions
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct product presentations and instrument demonstrations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales agreements
  • Coordinate with technical teams for installation and after-sales support
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

 

Main requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Optometry, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in medical devices, instruments, or technical equipment is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within optical stores, eye clinics, or hospitals
  • Experience selling high-value equipment or instruments
