Role - Marketing Manager - Frames
Location - Istanbul, Turkey
Your role
Join a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you’ll shape the future of our Frames category. As the Marketing Manager, you will own the strategic direction, brand performance, and marketing execution for a diverse portfolio—driving growth, innovation, and excellence across the market.
You will lead the Frames division with a clear focus on driving growth and long-term brand value, while ensuring a seamless connection between global strategy and local market execution.
This is a highly cross‑functional role requiring strong business acumen, brand passion, and the ability to influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and external partners.
Main responsibilities:
Category & Brand Leadership
- Lead the Frames division and deliver growth targets across your portfolio.
- Define category and brand strategy together with the Marketing Director, including positioning, distribution, and pricing.
- Develop annual brand targets while ensuring consistent strategic alignment with Global and META guidelines.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and implement comprehensive marketing plans with a strong focus on B2C & B2B trade marketing, activations, events, promotions, buying days, fairs, and training.
- Manage the full go‑to‑market process for new technology and product launches.
- Support marketing processes and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Media, social media, and website involvement will be minimal but may be required occasionally.
Performance Management
- Analyse brand performance, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reviews for internal stakeholders.
- Create monthly and yearly unit forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and other internal partners.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Budget Responsibility
- Prepare annual marketing budgets by brand (trade, media, training) in line with company targets.
- Monitor spending throughout the year and manage budget updates and revisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales to maximise category performance.
- Provide brand‑driven strategic insights and gather feedback from field teams to support commercial excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers/partners.
Main requirements:

You bring a mix of strategic strength, passion for brands, and operational excellence:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (required).
- 5–7 years’ experience in Marketing, ideally as a Brand/Category Manager in a matrix organization.
- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.
- Passionate about building brands and activating marketing levers effectively.
- High energy, a strong “can‑do” attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent analytical skills with full proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (mandatory).
- Fluent in Turkish & English.
