Your role:
The Brand Manager – Frames is responsible for driving brand growth, category performance, and market leadership within the frames (optical sunglasses & optical frames) portfolio. This role owns the full marketing mix, ensuring strong brand positioning, commercial execution, and alignment with global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics.
Main responsibilities:
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Frames category.
- Translate global strategies into locally relevant activations and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate category awareness, adoption and sell-out performance.
- Monitor category performance, consumer trends and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate closely with Global Marketing and META partners.
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies, including campaigns, retail activation and digital content.
- Collaborate with global PR teams to implement local PR and influencer strategies.
- Lead seeding initiatives and collaborations with creators and ambassadors.
- Develop B2B2C initiatives, events and coop marketing activities with key clients.
- Allocate investments across launches, trade, and consumer activations and ensure efficient use of resources with clear ROI tracking
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing or Category Management
- Degree in Marketing or Business
- Proven working experience in driving category or brand strategy
- Experience in global companies is a must especially in FMCG, cosmetics
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
- Strong analytical, strategic and innovation mindset
- Passion for technology, digital ecosystems and consumer experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
