We are looking for experienced IT leaders who are passionate about driving transformation, managing complex application landscapes, and delivering impactful business solutions.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head – IT, you will lead and manage the business application landscape for India, ensuring seamless execution of IT initiatives and supporting business growth.

Main Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead Next-Gen (NG) rollouts and digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and execute project plans across multiple application rollout programs
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular reviews to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines

Application & Support Management

• Oversee application support functions for India, group entities, and distributors
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and adherence to service levels
• Monitor and improve performance of support teams

Integration & Technology

• Manage EDI integrations with key customers
• Lead IT integration projects across multiple platforms

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and global stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
• Manage external vendors and ensure service delivery excellence

Training & User Engagement

• Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in IT Program Management and Service Delivery
• Proven experience in managing multiple IT projects and application rollouts
• Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in application support and vendor management

Technical Expertise

• Experience in IT integration across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of SQL and .NET platforms preferred
• Exposure to software development lifecycle and processes

Industry Experience

• Experience in one or more industries:
• Medical Devices
• Manufacturing
• Retail
• FMCG

Geographical Exposure

• Strong experience in the India market
• Exposure to APAC or global collaboration is an advantage

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Postgraduate qualification or certification in IT / Management preferred
• Certified Project Management professional from a recognized institute

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities
• High energy and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to drive change in dynamic and ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Languages

• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
