We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Associate Dispenser to join our team at Luxottica RT AU Pty Ltd, located in Castletown. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service by assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyewear that meets their optical and style preferences while ensuring the highest standards of quality and care.

About the Role
As an Associate Dispenser, you will be the face of our company to our customers, providing expert guidance on frames, lenses, and fitting adjustments. Your expertise will contribute to improving customers' vision and satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to excellence in eyewear and eye care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting prescription and non-prescription eyewear that suits their lifestyle, needs, and preferences.
• Perform precise adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and optimal vision correction.
• Offer expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles in coordination with optometrists and management.
• Manage order processing, including ensuring accuracy in prescription details and timely delivery coordination.
• Maintain organized and efficient dispensing areas, including managing inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Provide follow-up support to customers, addressing any concerns or adjustments needed post-purchase.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in eyewear fashion and optical technologies to better serve our clientele.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold Luxottica’s standards of customer service and product quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in dispensing or optical sales is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate measurements and adjustments.
• Basic understanding of optical prescriptions and lens technologies.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a personalized service experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail setting.
