Major Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Proactively formulate sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor promotional campaigns and evaluate performance.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather market and competitor insights to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth operations and service.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management; optical industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
