We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to support our Customer Service team on a 6 month FTC. This is a hands-on role supporting backend processes, chasing and managing jobs, running reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
 
Optics experience is not essential - we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and skills.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and completing backend work efficiently
  • Chasing outstanding jobs to ensure timely completion
  • Acting as a job runner to support workflow and deadlines
  • Running and analysing reports (primarily using Excel)
  • Making outbound calls to obtain missing information or follow up on damaged frames
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
