工作职责Job Responsibilities：

1、协助项目部门完成业务协调、干系人沟通和各类相关的项目工作。 (Assist the project department to complete the business coordination, stakeholder communication, and various work related to projects)

2、负责项目文档（包括仪表盘、每周/每月项目进展的幻灯片）、技术文档的沟通和整理。 (Responsible for the communication and organization of project documents, including dashboards, weekly/monthly project progress slides, and technical documents)

3、协助项目领导洽谈工作。 (Assist project leaders in negotiating work)

4、完成项目领导安排的工作。 (Complete tasks assigned by project leaders)

5、负责解决订单交付流程中的异常问题，确保订单顺利交付。（Responsible for solving abnormal problems in the order delivery process and ensuring the smooth delivery of orders）。

任职要求Job Qualifications：

1、学历本科及以上，至少1年工作经验。 (Bachelor degree or above and at least 1 year working experience)

2、英语水平良好，熟练使用Excel、SAP和分析工具。 (Good English or high level and good at Excel, SAP, analysis tools)

3、具备良好的沟通、协调、分析、独立工作和团队合作能力，擅长和不同人沟通，说服他人完成工作。 (Good communication skill, analysis skill, good independent and teamwork skills; Good at working with different people)

4、积极主动，善于发现问题并解决问题。 (Proactive, passionate, thoughtful, good at identifying and fixing problems)

5、项目管理认证（PMP）优先。 (Project certification (PMP) is a nice to have)
