Production planning Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Make weekly and daily production plan base on customer requirment, materials stock availabilty and line /machine capacity. 
根据客户需求、物料库存情况以及产线/机器产能制定周生产计划和日生产计划。
2. Monitor daily production situation(WIP/Input/output) and take action to keep production run smoothly from material flow point of view.
监控每日生产状况（在制品/WIP、投入/产出），并从物料流动的角度采取相应措施，确保生产顺畅运行。
3. Materials driving and daily CTB review, coordinate with internal team to deal with materials abnormal issue to improve material shoratge and improve input punctunality;
推动物料流转及每日CTB（Commit to Build）评审，协调内部团队处理物料异常问题，以减少物料短缺并提升投入准时率。
4. MPR monitoring and release materials requirement with reasonable delivery date to make sure production line goes smoothly.
监控MPR（物料需求计划），合理释放物料需求及交货日期，确保产线运行顺畅。
5. Follow up with the operation team (operation meeting) to assess production schedule, production output status, adjust as necessory to optimize run quantities, and minimize changeover to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
与运营团队配合（参加运营会议），评估生产排程及产出状态，根据需要进行调整，优化生产批量，减少换线次数，协助实现100%按时交付。
6. Provide feedback and support development of production planning inuitiatives and strategies.
提供反馈并支持生产计划相关项目的推进与发展策略。
7. Other relative such as inventory management, working capital analysis, stock taking coordination and so on.
其他相关工作，如库存管理、营运资金分析、盘点协调等。
