Job Description:

1. Handle daily production issues, follow the production process, maintain effective communication and coordination with upstream and downstream departments.
2. Possess knowledge of debinding and sintering furnaces, and be able to propose improvement suggestions.
3. Develop maintenance and plans for machinery and equipment to ensure they are always in good working condition.
4. Create daily production plans and assign personnel tasks across production lines according to the plan.
5. Conduct technical training for technicians.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong problem-solving, communication, execution, and management skills.
2. Proficient in the operation, debugging, and optimization of debinding and sintering furnaces in the production line.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Metal Injection Molding (MIM), with at least 2 years of experience in the use and management of debinding and sintering furnaces.
4. Proficient in using office software such as Excel.
5. Prior knowledge of metal powder forming processes and materials science is preferred.
6. Familiarity with or experience using Elnek and Cremer debinding and sintering furnaces is preferred.
