Your role

We are looking for a Customs Vice Manager

Main requirements:

•    Over 7 years of management and project experience in customs-related work, with hands-on experience in the implementation and review of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) advanced customs certification.
•    Familiarity with import and export laws and regulations applicable to enterprises engaged in processing trade and those within special customs supervision zones.
•    Proficient in project management methodologies, implementation processes, and management tools.
•    Fluent in spoken English, with strong reading and writing skills in English.
•    Experienced in operating various software systems efficiently.
•    Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Main responsibilities:

•    Manage and coordinate all projects within the department to ensure outcomes align with company expectations.
•    Oversee the compliance management for imports and exports of raw materials/products for companies involved in processing trade and located within special customs supervision zones.
•    Take charge of internal audits for AEO advanced customs certification and organize the preparation and implementation of customs reviews, ensuring smooth passage of such reviews.
•    Be responsible for continuously optimizing and improving the workflow and system processes within the department.
•    Support other departments in meeting their import and export requirements.
