1. Take the lead in the management of various tasks of the Engineering CI (Continue Improvement) department, team building, personnel evaluation and motivation

2. Develop long-term and annual lean management plans in line with departmental goals, clearly define the objectives, key projects and promotion strategies for each stage, and ensure the effective implementation of the plans.

3. Work closely with all departments to integrate the lean concept into the department's operation and management, and promote the in-depth dissemination and popularization of lean culture within the department.

4. Utilize tools such as value stream mapping analysis to conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of the department's core business processes (including warehousing, production, engineering process development, quality inspection, etc.), and identify wasteful links and non-value-added activities in the processes.

5. Organize cross-departmental formulation and implementation of process optimization plans. Through measures such as simplifying processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and enhancing process stability, achieve effective operation and value maximization of processes.

6. Establish a process monitoring and evaluation mechanism, regularly track and evaluate the optimized processes, promptly identify problems and make continuous improvements.

7. Lead or participate in internal lean improvement projects, conducting full-process management and control from project initiation, planning, implementation to acceptance. Ensure that the project proceeds as planned and achieves the expected goals and effects.

8. Participate in formulating the department's annual budget, and based on the department's needs, develop the annual project plan and departmental KPIs

 

 

Qualifications 

1. Education & Major: Majors in Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, Management Science and engineering, and related fields are preferred

2. More than 8 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry, with management experience and having led teams of more than 3 people

3. Proficient in various tools and methods of lean production, capable of skillfully using tools for on-site diagnosis, process optimization and continuous improvement. Candidates with experience in automation and digital products are preferred

4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

5. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and have strong influence and persuasiveness
