EssilorLuxottica is seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Customer Master Data team.

In this role, you will support our daily business operations by managing requests from the Sales force related to customer data.

You will maintain and update customer records in SAP and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer master data in SAP and other systems.
• Process and respond to requests from the Sales team regarding customer information.
• Communicate with the Global Business Services (GBS) team in Italy and various stakeholders within the DACH region.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer data across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; advanced skills are a plus.
• Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
