Responsibilities:

Month-End Close Support (Accounting Liaison)

• Support the month-end close activities in coordination with Global Service Business team
• Prepare financial data and management reports, highlighting key drivers, variance analysis, and trends
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control requirements.
• Assist in preparing information needed for tax return filing, internal/external audit support.

FP&A (Primary)

• Own and support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles, with a primary focus on topline by channel and by category
• Maintain forecast/budget trackers and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, templates, facilitate the implementation of digital intelligence tools to enhance efficiency

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with business stakeholders to understand drivers, and to solve finance related topics

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related filed and qualification. Negotiable.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A and/or Financial Reporting or Closing support (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of month-end closing processes and balance sheet reconciliation concepts.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with ERP/Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in an MNC or Eyewear/ Lenses business.
• Certification: CPA/ACCA/HKICPA (or in progress) is a plus.
