Your role

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of goods. This role ensures optimal utilization of resources, drives continuous improvement, and maintains high standards of quality, cost control, and customer service. The Warehouse Leader plays a key role in coordinating across departments to meet operational targets and deliver business results

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management
  • Monitor operations, maintain data accuracy, and drive performance metrics.
  • Weekly and monthly inventory report.
  • Stock count management and send the report on time.
  • Manage, follow up and solve all issues related inventory or adjustment the stock when having warranty or return goods.
  • Responsible for warehouse performance and KPI.
  • Work with CS team to do credit returns
  • Create PO in D365 and input the rate before the receipt of the shipment
  1. Warehouse Management
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure all warehouse processes comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels to support business needs.
  • Coordinate manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workload distribution.
  • Analyze data trends, generates operational reports, understands scanning/labeling systems, and ensures system accuracy.
  1. Process Improvement
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve workflow, space utilization, and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence among warehouse teams.
  1. Cost Control and Budget Management
  • Monitor and control warehouse operational expenses within approved budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in labor, materials handling, and storage operations.
  • Provide all monthly payment requests to GBS.
  • Provide forecast about WH expenses, all fees related to packaging and monthly expense to pay vendors
  1. Communication and Collaboration
  • Serve as a key point of contact between warehouse, logistics and production teams, sales, marketing, CS, finance…
  • Communicate operational goals, priorities, and performance expectations clearly to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  1. Decision-Making and Prioritization
  • Make timely, data-driven decisions to resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet changing business demands without compromising safety or quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Good English skills
  • Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demand planning and data analysis skill
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehousing
