JD OF INTERNATIONAL SALES
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated key international accounts.
- Manage ongoing communications with key clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Support the onboarding and development of new international key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer service, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of international sales activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pricing lists, and client databases.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for international markets.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in international sales and key account management, in an international context.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work across time zones and cultures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
