Job Responsibilities:

1. Base on Project plan work with cross function team internally, supplier together to drive tooling development 
2.  Drive DFM, tooling development, tooling qualification, TQB, ramp plan
3. Drive team for tooling qualification readiness, CAD, BOM, equipment, fixture, material, color clips.
4. Work with vendor understand E&F request
5. Support Quality arrange MSOP, measurement plan for T0, T1 and TF 
6.  Work with FATP for tooling qualification, parts qualification

Job Requires:

1. Baechlor or above, skilled in English 
2. 8 years or above experience in EE industry
3. Good at cross function communication with strong Supplychain background
4. Familiar with tooling process is plus
