工作内容：

• 深度了解视光行业及万新光学KA（大客户）现状，通过清晰的策略、规划和落地实现可持续性增长；
• 负责全国KA（大客户）的日常运营管理，确保运营效率提升及指标达成；
• 提升KA（大客户）团队及相关一线团队的日常运营专业度和水平、达成关键运营指标；
• 协调跨部门团队合作，完成KA（大客户）相关项目、达成项目预期。 

任职要求：

• 第一学历本科（含）以上学历，熟练使用办公软件
• 五年以上消费品或者视光领域、一线或者总部销售/销售运营等相关经验
• 框架思维、逻辑性比较强；能够以事实为依据、数据为基础管理日常
• 团队领导经验，跨部门团队的项目合作和目标达成
• 主动性比较强，演讲沟通能力比较强，承压能力比较强
