3°/Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with a HR Manager and if successful, then you will be invited for an interview with a Finance Team. 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

1.Financial Steering & Procedures

  • Design and implement management tools, procedures, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data reliability and timely financial analysis.
  • Align financial information with Group standards.

 

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and interpret financial/non-financial data.
  • Produce reports with commentary using Group tools.
  • Analyze performance vs. budget and targets.
  • Identify risks/opportunities and propose action plans.
  • Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.

 

3. Budget Management

  • Lead budget process and guide operational teams.
  • Consolidate and analyze budget data.
  • Prepare forecasts and budget reviews.
  • Alert on budget deviations and support decision-making.

 

4. Accounting Closure Supervision

  • Ensure consistency between accounting and reporting systems.
  • Determine provisions and provide off-ledger adjustments.

 

5. Strategic & Ad-Hoc Activities

  • Conduct complex financial studies and simulations.
  • Support medium-term planning and transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines.

 

6. Team Management

  • Set objectives and review team performance.
  • Develop training and career plans.
  • Conduct annual reviews and propose salary adjustments.

 

Profile

 

  • Master’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering) with 10+ years’ experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • High adaptability to changing environments.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders on complex issues.
