Main Responsibilities

1.Financial Steering & Procedures

Design and implement management tools, procedures, KPIs, and dashboards.
Ensure data reliability and timely financial analysis.
Align financial information with Group standards.

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Collect and interpret financial/non-financial data.
Produce reports with commentary using Group tools.
Analyze performance vs. budget and targets.
Identify risks/opportunities and propose action plans.
Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.

3. Budget Management

Lead budget process and guide operational teams.
Consolidate and analyze budget data.
Prepare forecasts and budget reviews.
Alert on budget deviations and support decision-making.

4. Accounting Closure Supervision

Ensure consistency between accounting and reporting systems.
Determine provisions and provide off-ledger adjustments.

5. Strategic & Ad-Hoc Activities

Conduct complex financial studies and simulations.
Support medium-term planning and transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines.

6. Team Management

Set objectives and review team performance.
Develop training and career plans.
Conduct annual reviews and propose salary adjustments.

Profile

Master’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering) with 10+ years’ experience.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
High adaptability to changing environments.
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders on complex issues.
