Your role 

 

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Intern who will support the team in  monitoring and managing process and product issues, including those related to incoming activities and customer satisfaction, by collaborating with other departments to resolve identified issues.The position is also responsible for managing operational quality priorities, sharing and communicating them to the relevant departments and production units. .

 ​

Main responsibilities:

 

  1. Analysis of customer complaints

  2. Preparation of plant quality reports

  3. Sharing priorities and data with the Manufacturing department in order to perform root cause analyses of identified non-conformities, implement improvement action plans, and monitor their effectiveness

  4. Execution of department audits and reporting of results

  5. Support in the development of action plans aimed at reducing scrap and extra consumption

  6. Monitoring of non-conformity reports issued by Manufacturing

  7. SQM – Supplier Quality Management

 

Main requirements:

 

  1. Degree in an Engineering field
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  3. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies with a Six Sigma approach

  4. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards fundamentals

  5. Analytical and monitoring skills

  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Effective teamwork and work organization

  8. Results-oriented mindset

  9. Good knowledge of English
