Your day as a Recruitment & HRBP Supervisor:
This role partners with the business to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment and strategic HRBP support, ensuring the right talent is hired, onboarded, and retained. Acts as a trusted advisor to line managers by providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and labor law while implementing effective HR policies, systems, and action plans. Serves as a change agent to enhance employee engagement, strengthen working relationships, and support overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
■ Handle full-cycle recruitment for permanent employees (and temporary employees where applicable), including ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires.
■ Conduct pre-screening calls, online interviews, and face‑to‑face interviews to assess candidates’ capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
■ Develop, plan, and execute resourcing and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs and organizational staffing objectives.
■ Manage internal job postings and proactively identify potential internal candidates.
■ Stay updated on labor market trends and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
■ Prepare candidate assessments and evaluations, recommend starting salaries, and provide detailed information about the company and roles to applicants.
■ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to hiring or disposition.
■ Act as a brand and organizational ambassador, clearly communicating the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities to candidates.
■ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel data for all newly hired employees.
■ Partner closely with line managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective HR and recruitment strategies.
■ Provide professional HR guidance and advisory support to line managers on people management practices and labor law matters.
■ Collect requirements from line managers and deliver practical HR solutions, recommendations, and action plans, coordinating with related functions as needed.
■ Implement HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes, ensuring effective communication and adoption by line managers.
■ Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention, while maintaining a positive working environment.
■ Act as a change agent and trusted HR consultant, serving as a single point of contact for employees and management within the assigned area.
What do we ask from you:
Required Qualifications
■ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, HR Management or a related field
■ Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Recruitment
■ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially.
■ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
■ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data, employee surveys, and workforce insights to support decision-making.
■ Good in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferable qualifications
■ Experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to shopfloor employees, shift operations, and labor‑intensive workforce management, is preferred.
■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
■ TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent English proficiency test results, is preferred.
