Position: Production Planner

Location: Amata City Chonburi

Reporting Manager: Senior Customer Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide work orders and appropriate production schedule according to shipping schedule.

• Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, production and others to ensure that goods will be ready for shipping on-time.

• Ensure work orders and shop floor tickets are always updated and manage work orders in system.

• Flag to concern parties and management when critical shortage and any production delays.

• Promptly informing production issues and solving production schedule to minimize late delivery.

• Expedite and coordinate with material planners, customer service team to minimize the impact of material shortage.

• Manage to re-launch of production to anticipate in process yield lost.

• Manage FG inventory at the end of each month/year to align with working capacity target.

• Work with production and engineers to reduce/eliminate the production constraints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administrative or any other related.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences production scheduling/planning in manufacturing environment.
• Be able to work many tasks simultaneously and excellent sense of priorities.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Good verbal and written in English
• Have a good command of English understanding, speaking and reading
