Your day as a Planning Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing consolidated forecasts to the production team for proper scheduling and integrate of new products and validations in production schedules.

￭ Responsible for overall supply-demand forecasting/planning and maintaining effective demand forecasting.
￭ Monitor and report forecasting/planning accuracy
￭ Responsible for the Production Capacity Plan (PCP)
￭ Integrate new products and validations in production schedules.
￭ Monitor WIP Warehouse to monitor order intake launched on time 
￭ Ensure timely communication regarding inventory levels and key performance indicators to keep the organization informed of inventory issues and Logistics performance.
￭ Monitoring and communicating Missing on picking KPI \ Shipment discrepancies from suppliers \ Lead Time of receiving performance.
￭ Monitor and alert the material planning team on DC constraints and the warehouse team on exceptional variations in shipment receiving.
￭ Coordinate with Production to plan the capacity of production

What do we ask from you?
Required Qualifications

￭ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Science or any related field
￭ Minimum 7 years experience in planning.
￭ Good in English, able to communicate effectively both written and spoken. 
￭ Proficient in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
￭ Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

￭ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

￭ Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve complaints

￭ Strong analytical skills to interpret data for reports and apply mathematical techniques in practical situations
￭  Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments
 

Preferable qualifications

￭ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
￭ Gained TOEIC score above 550 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.

￭ Knowledge of supply chain management, material planning, and warehouse management is preferable
