Your day as an NP&I Engineer:

The NP&I Engineer will play a key role in supporting the introduction of new machines, products, and technologies within the EOLT environment. This role ensures seamless integration of innovations into production by coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

New Product & Machine Introduction

    ■ Support new product launches, in collaboration with NOI, Production, and Quality teams.
    ■ Implement and monitor the Techno Club best practices dashboard to track progress and benefits.
    ■ Coordinate with Capacity and Purchasing teams for PR reduction, equipment installation, and acceptance.
    ■ Manage tooling, process, and software upgrades, ensuring timely and effective deployment.

Documentation & Training

    ■ Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for new technologies, processes, and consumables.
    ■ Ensure all technical teams (Maintenance, Process, Quality) are trained and prepared to support new technologies.
    ■ Lead technical training sessions and support the development of technical skills within EOLT

Process & Safety Assurance
    ■ Conduct technical audits and validate PCPs (Process Control Plans).
    ■ Ensure safety protocols are integrated into all new technology and process setups.
    ■ Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities with relevant stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Communication
    ■ Collaborate with Manufacturing Excellence and Global Engineering to define and implement appropriate technologies.
    ■ Coordinate with Quality for validation of new technologies, processes, and consumables.
    ■ Liaise with Purchasing and Asia Manufacturing Excellence for equipment procurement and deployment.
    ■ Participate in and contribute to Techno Club initiatives and monthly reviews.

 

 

 

What do we ask from you:
Required Qualifications

    ■ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    ■ 1-5 years of experience of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or new product introduction.

    ■ Strong knowledge of production equipment, process validation, and technical documentation

    ■ Good in English, able to communicate effectively both written and spoken. 
    ■ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    ■ Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills

    ■ Systematic thinking, good analytics, self-motivation and high responsibility.

Preferable qualifications
    ■ Technical knowledge of Statistical Process Control and/or troubleshooting is preferable.

    ■ Familiarity with EOLT systems and processes is preferable.

    ■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
    ■ A TOEIC score above 700 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.
    ■ Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen Data analysis
