Your day as a LOFT Training Coordinator:

This position is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities. This position is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of both the HR function and the company’s overall administrative needs such as company shuttle, uniform, office equipment, car parking and maid.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

■ Design LOFT roadmap in EOLT for the coming years and lead its implementation
Ensure compliance with Worldwide LOFT standards 
Apply Continuous Improvement in the plant according to Lean Initiative For Excellence (LIFE) methodology and ensure the sustainability of solutions implemented. 
Training and development the employees on site comply with LIFE methodology.
Ensure the communication on site about the Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.
Work closely with engineers to ensure all the training documents are correct and up to date utilizing best practice sharing among the training community.
Ensure the communication on site about the training system initiatives.
Lead and drive team for the result of training to reach the training system goal and align with standard the training sustainability matrix audit.
Develop culture of employee empowerment to encourage employees aware important of training.
Train and provide training for TTT (Train the trainer for operation and Expertise), TTC (Train the coach) and L3 (LOFT Lab Leader) for Leader and Supervisor.
Design training module for operation and expertise.
Created a new training module with the concerned person to support the new technology.
Mastering the training record document center with accurate traceability.
Apply PDCA to ensure the training activity are dynamic and efficient with the industrial performance identified.
Ensure the link between the plant and zone regarding the operation training issues.Monitor and assist in the management of accruals and other administrative matters.

 

 

What do we ask from you:

Required Qualifications (Must have)
■ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (Engineer is preferable) 
At least 7 years of experience in field of Technical Trainer or Operation Trainer.
Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a technology-related industry. 
Good command of English, ability to communicate effectively.
Solid knowledge of production process and continuous improvement tools (SPC, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire trainees. 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. 
Ability to design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Train-the-Coach (TTC), and leadership development programs. 
Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with operational teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining training standards and audit readiness.

 

Preferable qualifications (Good to have)
■ Gained TOEIC score above 650 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.
■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
■ 
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
