Your day as an L&D and HRBP:
As an L&D and HR Business Partner, you will drive employee development and align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll design and deliver impactful learning programs, identify skill gaps, and support talent growth while partnering with business units to implement effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
■ Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all learning and development activities.
■ Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person and virtual) aligned with business needs.
■ Lead the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions, including e-learning platforms.
■ Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps through job and performance analysis.
■ Develop and manage individual development plans, skill matrices, and talent management programs.
■ Prepare and submit quarterly training certification reports to the Skill Development Department.
■ Manage the training budget and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
■ Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
HR Business Partner
■ Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
■ Provide guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
■ Support performance management processes and career development planning.
■ Act as a change agent to drive HR initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
■ Partner with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and procedures.
What do we ask from you:
Required Qualifications
■ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Social Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
■ Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
■ Good in English, able to communicate effectively both written and spoken.
■ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
■ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
■ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
■ Capable of interacting effectively at all organizational levels.
Preferable qualifications
■ Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.
■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
■ A TOEIC score above 700 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.
