Job Summary
The New Product Officer Intern will support the end‑to‑end process of new product introduction, ensuring data accuracy, smooth project coordination, and timely execution of critical activities. This role provides hands‑on experience in project management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project dashboards to reflect accurate and up‑to‑date progress.
- Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of product information packages on the internal portal.
- Assist with Rx.net data extraction and reporting activities.
- Participate in new product initiatives and value‑added projects as assigned.
- Provide support during pilot runs and project rollouts to ensure readiness and alignment.
- Screen, monitor, and follow up on NON‑product tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support product analysis requirements and provide relevant data for decision‑making.
- Track demo flow activities and coordinate closely with the laboratory team to ensure adherence to timelines and progress milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong interest in project management and continuous improvement.
