Position: Intern IT Project Analyst

Duration: 6 Months

The Role

The IT Project Analyst (PA) will report to the Build Team Leader. The PA will be in charge of analyzing the ‘clients/ stakeholders' business demands. The PA will act as a liaison between stakeholders in the system (Rx.Net) development life cycle. The PA will generate architectural documentation, translate business needs into functional specifications and handle integration challenges all of which are considered vital to the project's success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understand the Rx Business and the lab's manufacturing process.
• Learn the ins and outs of the Lab Management System (Rx.Net system).
• Working with a diverse set of stakeholders/clients within or outside the organization.
• Analyze, organize, and document the specification for the business need.
• Inform the technical team of the requirement. Clear up any confusion and ensure they fully comprehend the business requirements they are coding for.
• Provide user acceptance criteria and collaborate with developers and testers to ensure all criteria are met.
• Carry out unit testing and ensure that the item is delivered in good condition.
• Present the project to the client and obtain approval
• Create user manuals and turn the project over to the support team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Intern or Fresher experience in IT.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Mindset for analysis.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Pay attention to the details.
• Good documentation abilities.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, programming, and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
