Your day as a ER & HRBP Supervisor: 

This position is responsible to handle all disciplinary action concerns such as providing advice to the line manager and manage all disciplinary action documents. Represents organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations. Initiate and drive employee engagement through activities or events which is developing effective relationship between company and employee.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

■ Act as an HR representative and business partner to communicate and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives for designated employee groups, ensuring clear understanding and consistent application.
■ Monitor labor legislation and regulatory requirements, recommend improvements, and implement changes to ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
■ Manage employee relations cases by advising and coaching employees and managers on performance management, grievance handling, and execution of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
■ Oversee disciplinary actions, including warning and termination processes, and coordinate with the legal team to ensure proper handling and avoidance of labor law risks.
■ Plan and organize employee engagement and company activities to strengthen employee–company relationships and promote a positive workplace culture.
■ Act as the primary HR liaison with the employee representative committee, fostering constructive dialogue, trust, and effective industrial relations.
■ Support Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) discussions and negotiations by preparing data and documentation, coordinating with management and legal advisors, and supporting implementation of agreed terms.
■ Serve as an HR consultant and strategic partner to business units, providing people-related advice aligned with organizational and business objectives.
■ Advise managers on employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce morale using HR analytics, survey results, and people insights.
■ Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication within the organization and with external stakeholders as needed.
■ Act as a trusted advisor to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and concerns promptly, professionally, and confidentially.

 

 

What do we ask from you:
Required Qualifications

■ Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Political science, Human resource management or other related fields.
■ Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Employee Relation
■ Strong knowledge of local labor law, employment regulations, and industrial relations, including disciplinary procedures and employee relations practices.
■ Hands-on experience in employee relations management, performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
■ Experience supporting or participating in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations and working with employee representative committees or unions is highly preferred.
■ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially.
■ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
■ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data, employee surveys, and workforce insights to support decision-making.
■ Good in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferable qualifications

■ Experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to shopfloor employees, shift operations, and labor‑intensive workforce management, is preferred.
■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
■ TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent English proficiency test results, is preferred.
