Position: Asia Export Labs Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Location: Amata, Chonburi

 

Mission:

 

With over 50 Customers supplied by Rx Export laboratories in Asia (6 Labs between Thailand, China and India), the candidate will join the team in charge of supporting the new operations and business needs: He/She will be personally coordinate projects in order to develop activities such as but not limited to: new system integration, new customer integration, new tech integration, flow optimization, etc… . He/She will be also working on supporting the teams via continuous improvement topics depending on the department’s need. 

  • Coordinate SC Transversal projects in collaboration with all SC dept. stakeholders, customers & suppliers (significant new Business introduction in AEL, IT major change such as ELECTRA roll out...).
  • Coordinate Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives projects, from business, process and system perspectives in coordination with central and regional teams, labs and plant SC.

 

Day in AEL SC Transformation Team

To fulfill the mission, the candidate will be in charge of:

  • Coordinate project teams in the initiation, planning, testing, development, execution and operationalization of strategic projects and coordinates with stakeholders such as IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Lab Operations, Engineering, Finance, Commercial teams, external Vendors/Partners and others as per the project requirements.
  • Organizes meetings, provides information and all project documentations in a clear and consistent manner to support the team’s visibility and understanding of project details.
  • Develops detailed, integrated project plans, timelines and executive level dashboards to provide continuous insight into the progress and status of assigned projects.
  • Manages with limited oversight, project resources (time and personnel) to ensure team alignment and engagement for on-time execution of projects.
  • Manages and gathers the business requirements and develops business/operation process flows.
  • Continuously communicates status updates, critical path milestones, project timeline and risks, providing the appropriate level of detail to match each intended audience.
  • Develops guidelines and implements checklists to transition the project through closure and ensures the post Go-Live follow up.
  • Conducts and documents a Postmortem session with the project team and the target audience of the effort to produce a “lesson learned” documentation and coordinates with all stakeholders to ensure the definition and implementation of standard operating procedures to support the overall health of the solutions.
  • Works to resolve complex problems with a cross-functional team where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

Professional Competencies and Specific Experience required:

  • Experience in functional management with a wide number of actors and in implementation project organizations & processes
  • Experience in Supply Chain & manufacturing, with good knowledge in the conceptualization of planning models and Supply Chain/manufacturing project management in RX production or distribution
  • Organization and Coordination skills in a multicultural environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, enabling interaction with all levels of the organisation, and enabling also challenging existing practices while proposing innovative solutions that are compatible with local constraints
  • Negotiation skill
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Good technical understanding and ability to learn fast.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with most common IT tools (MS Applications, ERP, BI)
