JOB SCOPE:

 

  • Contribute to the deployment of the compensation and benefits strategy in the “Transitions Optical” business, through the various C&B processes: individual salary increases cycle, definition of bonus objectives, payment of bonuses, LTI, …
  • Ensure the reliability of data in the HR information system (SAP HCM) by assisting HR in using the tool.
  • Create and update HR dashboards and other reporting.

 

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Participate in the annual review of salary increases: collect and prepare data, configure the tool (SuccessFactors), participate in testing, train HR and managers, oversee the campaign, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Manage the loading of bonus objectives for the current year for “Transitions Optical” in the systems: adapt existing bonus plans to Group/EMEA guidelines, update the database of eligible employees, explain different bonus structures to HR and managers, etc.
  • Manage the calculation of bonuses from the previous year on SuccessFactors: ensure data reliability, collect and compile information related to bonus changes (working time, absences, etc.), verify calculations.
  • Conduct benchmarks and propose compensation packages to HR in the context of recruitments, promotions, or the salary increase cycle.
  • Participate in the Grading project with the EMEA Wholesale & “Transitions Optical” team: review positions and assess them with a specific methodology, ensure consistency between functions.
  • Ensure the reliability of HR data in our system (SAP HCM): provide assistance and guides to HR and other colleagues, collaborate with the EMEA Data Manager and Group HRIS teams to improve data quality.
  • Create and update HR dashboards for “Transitions Optical”: collect and compile data, calculate relevant KPIs (attrition, turnover, etc.), create templates and update them monthly or quarterly.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects (gender equality, living wage, review of bonus amounts, company vehicles, etc.)
  • Participate in salary surveys if necessary: collect anonymized data and provide it to the service provider.

 

 

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

 

INTERNAL: EMEA Wholesale & Transitions HR teams, Group HR teams, and Group C&B
EXTERNAL: Service providers

 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 

  • At least two years of experience in HR, ideally in C&B, HRIS, or equivalent field
  • Master 2 ou équivalent, spécialité RH ou similaire (Business, Finance)
  • Comfortable with numbers and analytical mindset
  • Very good proficiency in Excel: formulas, pivot tables, etc.
  • Versatility, curiosity
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors/SAP HCM would be a plus
  • Fluent English mandatory
