Job scope:
The Sales Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Commercial Department with reports, price lists, and performance analyses to guide business decisions.

Main Responsibilities and related activities

The role involves preparing and submitting, but is not limited to, the following:

• Updating the customer database with new clients in SAP, Scala, and LW
• Updating segmentation data with information regarding segmentation conditions (modifications or additions)
• Modifying customer rankings or representative codes in Scala
• Sending monthly offers to customers via email
• Ensuring the validity of promotions, including their extension or modification when needed
• Modifying, updating, or creating product descriptions
• Creating, modifying, and updating price lists in Scala/LW
• Preparing price lists for frames intended for Sales Representatives, Call Center, and Logistics – Inventory Management Technician

Must-have requirements

• English language skills - advanced level
• High school degree
• Strong skills in gathering, classifying, and interpreting information;
• Excellent computer skills – advanced Excel proficiency is a must;
• Strong organizational, planning, and task prioritization abilities, with great attention to detail and accuracy;
• Experience and skills in tendering/bidding activities;
• Relevant experience in reporting and data analysis;
• Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently and efficiently without supervision;
• Solid numerical and analytical reasoning skills.

• The working schedule is: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
• The job location is at the company headquarters in Ploiesti West Park;
