Job Overview:

The Office receptionist ensures the smooth daily operation of the office by managing front-desk activities, handling communication flows, supporting visitors, and providing administrative support to the team. This role is essential for maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.

 

Main Responsibilities and related activities

  • Phone communication: managing incoming calls and ensuring proper transfer to relevant staff members.
  • Receiving, assisting, and guiding visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Sending and receiving correspondence (email, postal mail, courier) for company staff and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Organizing and maintaining the document archive system.
  • Ordering, monitoring, and managing office and kitchen supplies.
  • Completing and maintaining the input–output Register of documents according to legal requirements.

 

Must-have requirements

  • Preferably a university degree (represents an advantage).
  • English language skills - at least intermediate level
  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Perseverant, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Shows respect and professionalism in interactions with colleagues and visitors.
  • Openness to professional development and growth opportunities within the company.
