Job scope
As a Key Account Sport Channel, you are responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the organization’s products and associated services within a defined geographic area or customer portfolio. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and support activitiesThe position contributes directly to achieving sales targets and supports the overall commercial strategy of the Oakley Sport Channel.
Oakley products are renowned not only for their innovative design and cutting-edge technology but also for enhancing athletic performance through precision engineering, superior materials, and a commitment to durability. Similarly, Bliz offers a versatile range of sports eyewear and accessories, combining Scandinavian functionality with modern style to meet the demands of both professional athletes and everyday enthusiasts. This role ensures that these high-performance products from Oakley and Bliz reach the right audience, strengthening brand presence and driving both customer satisfaction and commercial growth..
To successfully achieve the business objectives outlined above, you will also be expected to travel to Bulgaria (primarily Sofia) for up to 30% of your monthly time.
Main Responsibilities and related activities
Sales Execution and Customer Engagement
- Pursue sales leads and visit existing and potential customers to assess needs and present suitable products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within authorised limits and close sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
Market Intelligence and Lead Management
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and customer demands to support strategic decision-making.
Sales Planning and Reporting
- Respect and follow annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans and priorities.
- Schedule and manage own activities to ensure alignment with sales targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
Marketing and Promotional Activities
- Collaborate with customers to plan and implement marketing initiatives that support product visibility and sales growth.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and campaigns as required.
Training and Development
- Attend regular sales training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Share best practices and contribute to team development.
Must-have requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- English language skills - advanced level;
- An average level of Bulgarian language skills is a valuable asset to have, but not mandatory
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales metrics
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
