Job Overview:

 

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service B2B Specialist to join our Optometry Customer Service Team. This role will be responsible for providing support to our Romanian B2B customers, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of orders and complaints.The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of resolve issues efficiently while fostering strong customer relationships and customer support. 

 

Main Responsibilities and related activities

  • Processing orders accurately and on time, as well as communicating with customers via phone and in writing
  • Receiving various requests and providing information about products, received orders, or complaints
  • Entering orders into the system and issuing approvals
  • Working with internal systems necessary for business operations
  • Handling complaints – receiving, processing, issuing approvals, communicating with customers and production, and managing complaints in the internal system
  • Closely collaborating with other company departments
  • Preparing and analyzing relevant reports based on supervisor specifications
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

 

Must-have requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language, written and verbal
  • Customer Support Experience- working experience on the same or similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • English language skills - at least intermediate level
  • Italian language skills - nice to have 
  • PC proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience providing technical troubleshooting and product support for businesses.
