We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Representative to join our Lenses team. You will help strengthen our position in the Slovak market and support the growth of ophthalmic lens sales.

 

This is a remote position. The ideal location is the area from Banská Bystrica heading west – particularly the cities of Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Nitra, Trenčín, Trnava, or Bratislava. The role includes regular travel to customers within this region and occasional in‑person meetings in our Bratislava office or, when needed, in Prague.

What will you do?

 

  • Actively communicate with customers and present our ophthalmic lens portfolio.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms and close orders within approved limits.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
  • Provide customer feedback and competitive insights to internal teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and work toward achieving targets.
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional activities and support the launch of new products.
  • Participate in trainings and contribute to sharing best practices within the team.

 

What do we expect from you?

 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer orientation, natural curiosity, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to plan independently and organize your time effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to adapt to market needs.
  • Sales experience is an advantage, as is education or experience in optical dispensing/eyewear (e.g., trained optician).
  • Slovak at native speaker level and at least intermediate English.
