Your role:

You will be a key contributor to the onboarding of business functions during their discovery phases, working within a collaborative team to design and deliver insightful, visually compelling service reports that inform strategic decisions across the EMEA North Region. By analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and translating data into actionable intelligence, you’ll support leaders in optimizing operations, understanding customer behavior, and improving supply chain efficiency. Your analytical skills will ensure the onboarding process is driven by accurate and timely information, empowering stakeholders to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.

 

Main responsibilities:

Data Collection & Validation

  • Identify, gather, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain data integrity throughout the reporting and analysis lifecycle.

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and deliver accurate, relevant, and timely reports to stakeholders across the business.
  • Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of future data flows and reporting structures.

 

Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks in operational workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements based on analytical findings.

Documentation & Process Management

  • Document all validated and approved reporting processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Maintain clear records of methodologies, assumptions, and data sources used in analysis.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Lead and participate in regular meetings to present findings, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement across all reported operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor analytical outputs accordingly.
  • Support the North Europe Order Fulfilment Manager on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

  • Exceptional Analytical Ability: Able to interpret complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights.
  • Quick Learner: Demonstrates the ability to quickly grasp new systems, tools, and processes, including the effective use of AI-powered technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • High Attention to Detail: Maintains consistent accuracy and quality in all outputs.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Confident using functions such as pivot tables, charts, lookups, and formulas to produce clear and insightful reports.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, showing both passion and patience in delivering results.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively identifies issues and develops practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines without close supervision.
  • Data Presentation: Skilled in producing statistical outputs and visualisations to support decision-making.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the optical sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Desirable Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with database management and tools such as SQL is advantageous but not required.
