Your role:

As we are onboarding a new function of the business, your role will be to support the team through this discovery phase. You will create and deliver world class service reports and analysis to support business understanding and growth across EMEA’s North Retail Region. Our North Region covers UKI, Nordic countries, Belgium and the Netherlands. 

Your role is essential to onboarding and to ensure the business is provided with accurate and relevant information, and that is it presented appropriately and within a timely manner.

The impact of your role will ensure a smooth supply flow for our retail elements of the business, helping ensure the highest level of service.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and relevant reporting to stakeholders within the group.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators, identifying trends and patterns, leading to actionable insights.
  • Discover, collect and validate data from various sources.
  • Document and record processes and reporting created once these have been validated and signed off.
  • Carry out indepth analysis on all performance flows, highlighting inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing flows.
  • Conduct root cause analyiss to understand the underlying issue and recomend solutions.
  • Work with members of the company to implement recomended solutions and see solutions realised and maintained.
  • Present in and run meetings periodically that both provide updates and drive improvements for the retail elements of the business.
  • Support the implimentation and monitoring of future flows.
  • Support the North Europe Order Fulfilment Manager on any projects that may arise.

 

Main requirements: 

  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Excellent ability to learn new systems.
  • Consistent high standards & high attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Great communication skills, whilst demonstrating passion and patience to deliver required outputs within a timely manner.
  • Stong problem solving skills.
  • Produce statistical data – using Excel, pivot tables, chart etc.
  • Ability to work under own supervision.
  • Background within optics preferred.
  • Desirable, but not essential, advanced knowledge of database management (database management, SQL, etc.)
