Main responsibilities:

·       Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across all Supply Chain departments (Production Planning, Inventory & Distribution, Warehousing, and Purchasing) with the objective of streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

·       Conduct projects to standardize and improve processes and KPIs across the Philippines mass production footprint (OPTODEV in Biñan, Laguna, and EMPI in Mariveles, Bataan).

·       Lead improvements and future implementations of supply chain systems (ERP, Manufacturing Execution System) to continuously simplify workflows, eliminate non-value-added activities, and ensure service reliability.

·       Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change, ensuring alignment with the supply chain roadmap and cost-efficiency objectives.

A Portrait of a Perfect Company

• Master's degree in Supply Chain.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain and transformation roles, with a strong focus on systems improvement.
• Experience in production or operations management is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing changes within an organization.
• Based in Binan, Laguna and able to travel to Mariveles, Bataan plant 25% of the time.
