Your Role:

 

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing production line operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve operational excellence.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

·  Line Management: Oversee strategic and operational planning, monitor daily/monthly loading plans, analyze performance reports, lead productivity improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance through audits and SOPs.

·  Quality Management: Implement process improvements, enforce control procedures, update standard work, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product issues.

·  People Management: Drive team development, conduct performance assessments, manage engagement plans, and ensure compliance with company policies.

·  Cost Management: Lead projects to improve efficiency, reduce overtime, and control manufacturing costs.

·  Safety & Policy Compliance: Enforce safety standards, lead risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and sustain 5S practices.

 

 

A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate

 

·  Education: Graduate of any Engineering degree.

·  Experience: Proven ability to lead and drive improvement projects.

·  Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant applications.

·  Preferred Knowledge: Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.

·  Additional Knowledge: Inventory management and cost control experience is desirable.
